Lighting is one of the most important. If not THEE most important thing in my opinion when getting beautiful images. The evening glowing light in these following images are no exception. A photographer will often (me) choose a spot based on location vs. what is in the back ground or what isn’t. My style lends itself to a light, classic, romantic and timeless. Adding heavy editing to my images in post process is not something I aspire to do. I would rather enhance the beauty already present. Instead of “editing” think it more like “polish” the images. Getting the image right in camera is a key step when editing this way. I always tell my clients how important it is to me that you will love your images not just today but your children will cherish them and many generations afterwards. So I don’t like to follow trends and fads. When selecting a photographer make sure what you see is the style that you love. This will ensure a feeling of ease and grace in the process from start to finish.
